[?]: S2vd error with installation and vijeo designer 5.0

Hi all,

I have the s2vd software and vijeo designer 5.0.1.419 SP2,
but every time I try to install s2vd it gives me an error message saying that my vijeo designer is version 3.1 which is not the case.
Does anyone know how I can fix this??

For vijeo designer 5.0 need version S2VJD 3.1. Which version do you have?
The compatibility between Switch2Vijeo tool version and Vijeo Designer versions for application program conversion is as tabulated below :
