[?]: Citect 7.10 datalogging

Dear all,
I have to use Vijeo Citect 7.1 for a project but it is my first time. In general I can say that I managed to do most of the functions required
but i havent managed to perform Datalogging.
To put it simple.. is there a straight forward way in Citect to perform Datalogging (CSV, Database, etc)
I have read and tried creating a device for datalogging but unfortunatelly it didnt work.
