[?]: Restart PC when download to Proface

I can't download HMI to Proface.
Everytime download, My PC always restart.
Help me?

my_computer ->properties ->advanced->startup&recovery->uncheck automatically restart
after system crash you can see blue screen
recovery your problem

May be you think wrong about my problem. When i download HMI sortware to HMI Proface, my PC error hardware (blue screem) then restart. I don't know why? Help me again!

Hi, I tryed with any PC. All computers are restarted error. I don't think windown error.
