Is the bypass of activation for any Rockwell Software product with Codemeter activation method (CmActLicense) available?

And what are the last versions of FT Activation Manager / FT Service Platform with old Flexera activation method?
I think that last versions are FT Service Platform v6.11 and FT Activation Manager v4.04.13

As I know It is possible to clone VmWare Virtual Machine with installed Rockwell Software with Codemeter Licences. But I don't have VM with installed new RS products (with Codemeter activations) to test cloning.

Yes, cloning a VMWare virtual machine that has an activated license does work; however, the new codemeter method seems to be subscription based, so it will expire after a year (at most), and you won't be able to re-activate.

Try following these steps:
1 - Copy the VM manually in another folder.
2 - Open the copied VM and Boot
3 - When POPUP appears, select MOVE
