I have a doubt, I'm configuring a 1794-IE12 module using the 1794-TB3G base, using a 1794-ADN with 1756-DNB, the LEDs on the 1756 and 1794-ADN card are OK, but the 1794-IE12 module led flashes green.

When used in a Logix5000 system, verify the Adapter:Slot:O.OutputEnable bit is set to 1
