I do not speak English, I will try to explain the problem.
I can not make communication in RSLinx
Revision RSLinx: 3.90.00 CPR SR 9
I tried other versions too.
NTB HP, WIN 10 64bit.
Did not anyone have a similar experience?

Hello,

You need to activate your RSLinx. When RSLinx is not activated with a license it changes to lite and you cannot do configuration with lite version.
