IIS Problem when installing FTView

Hi everyone. When I tried to install FTView 7.0, there was an error that I need to install and run IIS before I can install the FTView studio and other programs. I already install and run the IIS but the error kept on showing so I can proceed with the installation of the software. Does anyone also encounter this problem? Help me pls... . Thanks in advance
