Micrologix 1500: No response from processor at selected path

I was dealing with micrologix 1500 without any problem except the battery. I change the battery after awhile but I receive this error message form the system :
No response from processor at selected path/ node...diagnosticstatus failed 0x10
has any body faced this problem ?
I searched in rockwell automation site for the remedy and it says that you should upgrade your RSlogix 500 software up to 7.10.
has any body has the rslogix 500 v7.10 and related rslinx software (I mean the cracked one ) .
I appreciate any other solution for the problem as well.

Try again starting RSLogix 500 while holding the CTRL+Shift buttons.

I am dealing with SLC500 with this software at the same time and without any problem, what happen if I hold CTRL+Shift at RS-Logix Start up ?

I am trying to connect to a Micrologix 1500 through a 1761-NET-ENI and cannot get connected, this is just to put it on plant network so I can connect with RSLinx from my desk. I can see the NET-ENI in Linx but in Idle mode, but when I try to connect I get diagnosticstatus 0x10 error. I used to connect to it before battery failure, after that I could not connect. I even changed my 1764-LSP(Micrologix CPU) and Upgrade my Rs-logix 500 software to 8.1 but did not solve the problem.
