RSVIEW32 32k runtime Open it to RSVIEW32 100K development

Anybody can help me about my problem. I have RSview32 32k runtime tags. I want to open it on RSview32 100K development but it has problem. It says " Database Synchronization failed, Aborting project loaded".

I need this program to be open in order I can edit such tags from runtime application.

Note: I used Rsview32 7.4 version

Please help me here.

Both versions of RSView32 are installed in the same computer?
What OS are you using?
Are you trying to open an application previously backed up to CD or DVD?

Most of the problems with database are related to CACHE folder and its privileges. That folder has to be writeable. You can delete all the files inside; next time those files will be re-generated by Rsview32.

Answer: Nope RSView32 installed on different computer.

What OS are you using?
Answer: I used Windows XP professional

Are you trying to open an application previously backed up to CD or DVD?
Answer: Trying to open application copy from the runtime application.

In my laptop I used previously the Factory talk ME. But I uninstall it (Factory Talk ME) to install the RSView32 version 7.4 version.
