1769-L32E firmware

Подскажите,пожалуйста, кто знает. При обновлении firmware на 1769-L32E появляется следующая ошибка "[FAILURE] Transfer: Error #11006: Service cannot be performed while object is in current state." , как с этим бороться? CPU - новый.Ключ в положении Prog. Полный лог :

Some questions:
a) If the PLC connected to an ethernet network? (it´s better connect the PLC directly to the computer).
b) Are you using any firewall/antivirus in your computer?

Some ideas:
- Try using the serial port of the PLC.
- Try using a lower firmware version.
- Try using other computer.

In the worst scenario, you need to send the CPU to the store.

Thanks for help! I'm already decide this problem! Few words about...
1) I'm try to connect with serial port - no results, computer don't have some firewall , AV - Avast.
2) I can't use lower version, cause program which i have was write in 19 version
3) I try to do it on another computer , and it give results from first trying!
