rsNetworx online issue

hello every body
i make small project with two chassis that comunicating with controlNet ,i configure rslinx with (RS-232 DF1 Devices) driver (direct connect to controllogix plc).
but when i try go online with rsNetworx but is not possible.
kindly ask you is it possible go online rsnetworx with (RS-232 DF1 Devices) cable direct interface with PLC.

It's not possible. According to Rockwells' knowledgebase:

It is not supported to browse from DF1 to ControlNet.

This is because the DF1 packet is much smaller than a ControlNet packet and could cause timeout errors, including the error seen above.

If possible, use an ethernet module to make this connection.
