[?]: Problem with RSTrainer for RSLogix 5000

Hello. Maybe someone here can help me.
I have problem with RSTrainer EE for RSLogix 5000 Software - Project Configuration.
The installation goes OK, but when I try to open the program it shows only white screen and nothing more.
Some sugestions ??
I can't find any information about this problem.
