I try install this file, but in the final a msg occur, "There is problem with this Windows Installed package. A program run as a part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.", and the FuzzyDesigner don´t install.

I got RS5000 v19 in my machine and use the windows XP mode, I installed the .net necessary to FD, too. And the serial number to install FD is 0123456789, somebody know what can do this problem?
