[?]: what's the difference of panelview300 ?

hai all automation friends,
anybody can solve my trouble? what's the difference of panelview300 2711-K3A10L1 A with 2711-K3A10L1 XA ..
i can't download or upload program in 2711-K3A10L1 A (can not communication withRS linx) , but with the same downloader cable i can download or upload program in 2711-K3A10L1 XA..
what's wrong with these condition?

For checking panel communication port setup press "arrow to left" and "arrow to riht" at once.

at panel view? when i want to connect to rs linx classic, i had allready use autoconfigure to search panelview's baudrate. it work's automatically, isn,t it? so, what's the difference in communication port between 2711-k3A10L1 A with 2711-k3A10L1XA? thanx for ur info

Sorry I don't know, but same type panel view 300 has RS-232 port only for printer (in this time you can to use the flash card for project downloading), same type only for programming, same type can switch it automaticaly, for same it need to do manually.
May be different firmware version.
If you have a new firmware in panel view, it may be need a new version RSLinx

You need toh know if your panel is DF1 or 485, time ago i had a similar problem with a PV600 i cant connect directly to the PV it needs to be conected to a PLC then you use the port of the plc in order to see the PV.
