[?]: How to upload file from 2711-B5A8 PV550 Key/Touch?

Hi all,

I have a problem uploading/downloading file from/to 2711-B5A8 PV550 Key/Touch.
I use a down loader cable DB9 Female to female port with connection;

Code: Select all

2 ---- 3
3 ---- 2
5 ---- 5
7 ---- 8
8 ---- 7

Is that connection correct?
Does anyone know the correct one?
Please, i really need it asap.

Then your PC and Panel are connected via cabel, you can try:
1. Open the RSLinx and sure that the DF1 driver is runing. If it not, to install and start it.
2. In the DF1 driver properties you must to select the device, com-port # and then to press "auto setting" button. Wait for link establish.
After this you can start (or switch to) the PanelBuilder software and to upload/download aplication from/to the PV
