[?]: How do I update CX-One Ver2.00E

Hello

I have the complete software packet CX-One 2.00E with CX-Programmer v 6.2 and designer 2.0.
Omron says that the auto update function should work, but it dosent, so i got a cd from omron with the complete updates, but the ones for CX Programmer and designer can not be installed. Have any one tried this ?

The HDD is divided into 2. C:= my data storage, and D: = local disc ( screwed up during installing XP ) anf I have Norton anti virus. !!! does this have something to do with my update problem ?

Im am asking here, because Omron dont seem to be able to help me... please help me :-/

Hi

Thanks for the links, but I´m still having problems installing the updates for CX-Programmer and Designer. The error messeage says. CX-Programmer / Designer is not installed. Update aborted...

Is my CX software installed in af wrong location / hdd ?

Hello,
There are something wrong in your windows registry. Clear all the infomations about CX-ONE in the registry and install it again.

in this program, can simulate be done without PLC ?

I can' t upgrade to programs. it writes ;

You don't have permission to access /storage/1615/0806/0201/Prg0806_0201Setup.exe on this server. :?:
