I have a problem with nx-eic202 v1.0 coupler, as when I download the configurations. it give me the message
*Failed to transfer the unit configurations management information, the selected unit was not found in the actual configurations *
while the cards in offline configurations are the same with actual ones beside the coupler
And when I make compare and merge. The actual configurations give no cards beside the coupler
