How to factory reset NX102-9000

Hi,
is it possible to make factory reset of the NX102-9000 controller and how?
I restored backup program from SD card (h) into controller and now controller, Ethernet/IP and EtherCat are in error state. Is it somehow possible to clear the program memory? I'm not able to connect to the controller. It is not password protected.

1) Contact the manufacturer of the equipment.

2) If you own the equipment and the rights to the program. (Written proof), then Omron should be able to help you get it unlocked.
