CQM1 download program to eeprom

Hi Experts,
Is there someone knows how to download the program from cx programmer to cqm1 plc with eeprom? every time I download the program it is successful but after powering off and on the PLC, the program is lost. I try triggering the AR1400 but still cannot execute.
