RS232C No-Protocol Connection Ladder CX Programmer

Dear All,
I need some suggestions about reading Weighing Indicator via RS-232C CP1EN20DR.
My Weighing Indicator Data:
Transmission: Asynchronous, Bi-Directional, Half Duplex
Baud Rate: 600,1200, 2400, 4800, 9600 bps
Data Bits: 7 bits
Parity Bits: 1 bit, Even
Start & Stop Bit: 1 bit
Code : ASCII
Terminator: CR LF (CR: 0Dh, Lf: 0Ah)
Connector: D-Sub 25 Pin Connector
How should I set my PLC RS-232C fro CX-Programmer?
could anyone give me the basic ladder diagram for reading / receiving data package from weighing indicator?
