SV timer in Omron and libraries?

Hi all,
I'd like to create a function block equal to the SV timer in Step 7, to be called many times (at least 150). Have no idea about how to do it, any help will be appreciated (I am new in Omron, only worked with Siemens) I ve been trying for 2 days but I feel like an idiot, it does not work.
By the way, there is a library like in Siemens (Ramp, PID, etc etc)? I see nothing in the software.
PLC is a NJ301-1100
