CQM1H CPU51 onboard DC input LEDs

Hi there
I have CQM1h CPU 51 from omron. i had uploaded a program from this CPU and downloaded in the new CPU. Both new and old CPUs are same i.e CQM1h CPU51.
in my new CPU51, i cannot see the LED On for my onbaord 24VDC inputs even there is 24VDC at each input. I need to know what is the reason??
Is there any special way to let these LEDs work or they dont work normally?
i cannot start my machine due to some process alarm( due to digial input) while PLC does not show any error.
