[?]: application for ZEN

I`m new in this PLC world,so I need a litle help.
I have application where I need to switch on 15 valves,one by one with pause between. It is like valve 1(on for 5 sec),then pause 10 sec,then valve 2(on for 5 sec),pause 10 sec,valve 3 ect.
Can someone help me.Thanks in advance.
I have ZEN20C1AR with 2 expansion units 8E1AR.
