Запусти TIA_Portal_STEP_7_Pro_WINCC_Pro_V15.exe
и выбери папку для распаковки и установки

Notes about downloading
The download is split into multiple files.
Please first download all of the parts to the same folder
and then execute the file with the extension .exe.
Afterwards, the parts are merged and you can execute the setup.
