[?]: How to use TELESERVICE II ?

Hello boy's, i need a help.
My customer have already buy a TELESERVICE II card with a normal telephone cable .
I have'nt a experience for this device.

I need to connect my Step 7 online ( from my office ) with a Cpu315 trough a telephone line ( 56 K modem )

First question : i need a modem in my pc, there is a know model whitout problem or any model is good ?

second question : Which software i need ?

third question : how i can call a teleservice ?

For now i'm in a black hole !!!!
