But i couldn't see the link for Modular PID, or is modular PID the same like Standard PID. In Siemens Website it looks like they are different programs???

No.
Standard PID have 2 or 3 FBs.

Modular PID have over 20 FBs.

Here are many little "Programs" in it.
(Deadtime, splitter, skale ...)
