[?] Connect Ethernet CP 343-1 to PC

I have cpu315-2dp and 6GK7 343-1EX11-0XE0 .
I used the labtop PC and Simatic manager (Step7 v5.3 sp3) to download configuration using the MPI port. It's ok. no problem.

After download operation it is possible to reach the CP 343 using the TCP/IP . I saw the mac and IP adress of CP.
I have also the other Labtop PC. I try to connect the same CP using ethernet port of my second labtop, It is impossible.
This PC have Simatic manager Step7 v5.4. This labtop pc ethernet port don't give the any light to connect the cable directly to CP.
But I disconnect the cable.
I can connect the internet using my company networg cable. What is the reason of this?

For direct connect PC Ethernet port to PLC Ethernet port need use PC-PC Ethernet cable it's different with PC-Hub/Switch cable

I used the same cable to connect the first labtop PC to CP. There is no problem. My problem is that. First labtop and has simatic manager version 5.3 SP3 , simatic net 2005 and wincc flexible, windows firewall on.
Second pc has simatic manager version 5.4 , simatic net 2005 and wincc flexible, WinCC V6 SP4 ,windows firewall on. I used the same cable first labtop to CP. There is no problem to comunicate. But, Secon pc with same ethernet cable no comunicate .

I use Ethernet for connet to S7-317-2PN/DP + Step7, WinCC Flexible 2005, Simatic Net 2005 without problems.
You need compare settings in both PC.
