i need AEG Thyro-P thyristor control units liberary for pcs7 ver 9 can any body help me ?

I think it doesn't exist at all because Siemens doesn't write PCS libraries for 3rd party vendors.
If AEG didn't care about writing a library for their devices, the only way to get it is to write it by yourself.
