[?+]: Step 7 CPU 317F-2 PN/DP - Safety Password

Hello All,

I really need help to solve an issue that is happening in a Siemens Step 7 PLC CPU 317F-2 PN/DP with a Micro Card Memory 2MB.

This was running well, then went to stop mode and many leds were flashing (SF, BF and Stop). I checked the Program and this was gone, no more program.

I downloaded the program again using the Hardware Configuration password (9991) and all program went properly but when I trying to put this in Run, this goes to Stop mode and shows problems at the PLC Buffer.

PLC Buffer said:
- STOP caused by STOP command, FB number: 1639, Module address: 3084, Previous operating mode: RUN, Requested operating mode: STOP (internal).
- Safety program: internal CPU error, Internal error information: 7:0000, Instance DB no. of the causing F system block: 837, Previous mode: RUN
Requested mode: STOP.

I reset PLC, load again the Program, I replaced the PLC for a new one and nothing works. I didn't replace the Memory Card but I don't know what else what to do.

I tried to open the FC1630 F_CALL to see something and maybe compile but I don't have the Safety Password and I can do nothing.

I really need help to see if anybody can see the Program and tell me the Safety Password and also if anybody can check the Buffer PLC and see if any possible solution or reason why I am having this issues in this machine. Machine is down and pressure is crazy.

You mean the password of the program ,not the protection of the blocks
