Get firmware binary from S7-1200 PLC

Hello,

I have a brand new physical S7-1200 (1212C DC/DC/DC) connected and configured via my PC over the TIA Portal. Does anyone know how can I retrieve
the firmware (and RAM contents) from the PLC or at least from the TIA Portal?
