[?]: CP 343-5 Fault when replace new CP

Post by tecno44 » Mon Nov 23, 2020 7:52 am

Hello, I have a S7 315 2PN / DP (6es7 315-2EH14-0AB0) and now I am using Profibus CP 343-5 (6gk7343-5FA00-0XE0) No Problem Picture 1
However, I want to use CP 343-5 (6gk7 343-5FA01-0XE0) with S7 315 2PN / DP (6es7 315-2EH14-0AB0). Picture 2
I'm just creating the new project.
I installed the hardware according to the required product codes, but all the lights on 343-5 started flashing.
I have product 6es7 343-5FA01), I'm sure I chose the correct product codes. What am I missing?

CP 343-5 (343-5FA00-0XE0) module
System data files (SDB 1001 - 1002)
I installed it on the module CP 343-5 (343-5FA01-0XE0).
That's why he must be doing it. How can I fix?
Currently there is no connection between the CPU and the module. I cannot install software.
Can I hard reset the module?
Thank you for your help.

see Diagnostic buffer
for Profinet wrote:possible need to write Profinet Name for new CP (boom)
https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs ... t/19549525
Before a PROFINET IO controller can address a PROFINET IO device a name has to be assigned to the PROFINET IO device.
This procedure has been chosen for PROFINET because names are easier to handle than complex IP addresses.
Assigning a device name for a concrete PROFINET IO device is like setting the PROFIBUS address for a DP slave.
Unlike Profibus, in Profinet devices, in addition to the address, you must assign a network NAME to the device ... otherwise the device will be underconfigured and will be invisible in Profinet, although it will ping via IP.
===========
В отличии от Профибуса в Профинет устройствах надо помимо адреса необходимо назначать сетевое ИМЯ устройству... иначе устройство будет недоконфигурировано и будет невидимо в Профинете, хотя будет пинговаться по IP.

your CP is very old ... 20 year old version wit intel 386
Image
new CP made with new hardware http://s7detali.narod.ru/NET/CP342.html

For testing: CPU + CP (not any other input/output module in Rack)
MRES for CPU for reset memory
load new config and see

P.S.
I think I accidentally installed SDB 1001 and 1002 system files. and this is the result
you are do not need install any SDB!
it is install automatically

yes cp is too old.
but the same cpu also works the same model cp. MMres was made. The same project was uploaded again, the fault continues. Have you checked the log records?

Parameter assignment error assigning parameters to modules (not on P bus, cancel download)
no relevance for user: SDB number: 1002
DP master affected in rack 0 and slot 4
Station number: 0, slot number: 10
RUS wrote:кто воткнут в 4 слот? что за станция 0 с проблемным слотом 10?
задняя шина между модулями установлена? ножки в модулях не погнуты?
убери всё , оставь только проц и коммукационик
witch is dp-master on slot 4? what is station 0 with problem slot 10?
backward bridge correctly installed?
remove all modules , configure cpu & cp only

All modules were removed and the project was rebuilt from scratch. Only Cpu and CP modules were added.
CPU slot 2.
CP is installed in Slot 4.
Hardware is configured accordingly.

I don't know why you wrote something like this!

Yes, I connect it with the U connector.
(Video 2020-11-22 at 21.04.38) In this video U connected with connektor.

(Video 2020-11-22 at 21.04.38 (1)) In this video, it is not connected. It was to show that it works independently.
