[?]: WINLC and PCI card CP5611 ...

Hello,
I have a problem with starting WINLC, I can not load the .wld file.
It ends with a message saying
I need to replace my PC because this is very old.
I get a copy of the harddisk and I still hear this report.
I think there is a problem in the license (Automation License Manager can not open)
Can anyone please help me?
Windows 2000 NT / Step 7 v5.3, WinLC 4.1, OPC server, CP5611 PCI card
