Simatic IL PCS7 faceplate for PCS7 OS : whe i can find

I have a machine where there is'nt the follow package :
Simatic IL PCS7 faceplate for PCS7 OS --- V8.2
Simatic IL PCS7 function block in addition for APL --- V8.2
i have read this from "installed Simatic Software" .
Into the machine of my customer there is this package.
Now in my machine i cannot open some faceplate and i think that tis is the reason.
Anyone can help me and suggest where i can find this package ?
