Problem in cp443-1 and ET200PRO

In my multi project project S7-400H redundancy pcs7 v8.0
The ups Disconnect for several times
Later we found out one CP443-1 is stop and now not run And BUSF ,INTF is light(we download to the CPUs but no solve) we ping the ip address is ok
And 2 module analuge(module 1 and module 14) of ET200PRO is fault and out of service
We replace this module but still out of service
