Sinumerik 810DE problems, software needed

Hi,
I have Sinumerik 810DE CCU3 SW6.4 (6FC541-0AY03-0AA1) mounted in the CCU BOX 2x25A (6FC5447-0AA01-0AA0) with infeed module SIMODRIVE 611 (6SN1146-1AB00-0BA1). The HMI is 3rd party, non Siemens, connected on Profibus port. The machine is making troubles, so I would like to spam the machine. What software do I need for this Sinumerik, I need error event list, monitor encoder positions, current, voltage of servo motors and enable signals.
I already have Simatic manager V5.5 with Sinumerik 810/840 Add-on and PC Adapter USB. I plan to use this adapter to establish connection to PG/PC via MPI port.
