PCS7 v9.0 is only released for a very specific version of windows 10, which you can't get as an individual, I suggest creating a virtual machine with windows server 2012 or windows 7

Only Windows 10 LTSB 2015 64bit is released for PCS7.
LTSB means that you can control updates for Windows, also Microsoft delays updates (1-2 years in between). You have to use Windows 7 or Server 2012.

I don't agree with information about Windows 10. PSC7 v.9 work on Windows 10 Enterprise RUS v1703 (15063.540) very well.

All current updates are installed.
Windows 10 LTSB 2015 64bit is released for PCS7 - tested by Siemens.

I believe in SIMATIC PCS 7 V9.0 with SP2 (planned Q2, 2019) as the standalone vesion of WinCC 7.5 is already available (7.5 Update 1).
PCS7 9.1 planned ON BEGINING OF Q4, 2019 (SUPPORTS • Server 2019 Standard, • 647E / 847E // 627E/677E).

Sadly to see the wincc version included in sp2 is still 7.4sp1,not anticipated 7.5

BTW I need the Industry library v9.0,the v9.0 upd1 that can be downloaded from the link above can not be installed without the v9.0 basis.hope someone out there share it.

I installed PCS 7 v9.0 SP1 on Win 10 LTSC / Pro / Server 2016 and it work fine. Hosts and VMs as well
For the Win 10 Pro better to turn off Bit Defender.
