SCALANCE W 784 GSDML file or Firmvare request

Hi all!
I have Siemens SCALANCE W784 WiFi Access Point, oder 6GK5784-1AA30-2AA0. This Access Point is with v3.4 firmware.
But GSDML file included both in Step 7 v5.5 and TIA Portal v13 is for firmware v4.0 and v4.3. In SIOS one can download GSDML file for firmware v4.0 and v4.3 too, but not firmware v4.
Have anybody firmware for SCALANCE W784 v4 or GSDML for this SCALANCE for firmware v3.4 ???
