WinCC RT V13 with S7-400H

Hi All,
I have a S7-400H system with CPU 412-5H having Profinet ports connected to Scalance.
Then to add in WinCC prof V13 RT in a PC, do i need to add also a OPC Server to the PC?
So that later easy for WinCC to assign connection to both CPU?
Will this 6GK1706-1NW13-0AA0 work for me? The PC is windows 7.
