CPU old ?
Firmware version ?

Use memory card
https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs ... s7-400-cpu

use external backup power
https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs ... s7-400-cpu
On the front side of the S7-400 CPUs, you have the possibility of supplying a DC voltage of 5V to 15V via the "EXT.-BATT." socket. This provides a backup supply for all the slots in the rack. This external power supply is not monitored by the CPU.

Note
More information on external backup power supplies is available in the device manual "S7-400 CPU Data" in Entry ID: 23904550.

1.Changed the firmware to the new one.
2. Memory card new. Have used on other CPU. There is no problem.
3. Connect an external power supply for 10 volts.

The problem remained. Where can you find a schematic diagram for the Board?
