Unable to connect to a S300 cpu

Hello, I have a problem with a S300 cpu, because I am not able to connect online, the hmi of the machine prompts me an error and says that a peripheral device was connected to the station, the station is connected to a switch and that switch is connected to a scalance device, could you help me with some settings that I could do?
