Hello everyone! I need the EKB license for smart server for basic panels. Can somebody help me?

No, the license for Simatic panels is different. The Smart server on basic panels is coming with TIA V14 and the license for simatic panel not running on basic panel. I have already try to install It.

Your are looking for firmware V13. From firmware V14 smart server is running on KTP400 Second generation. Now I'm already using it, but on the panel I've always the window that remember that the license is not installed.
