hey this is my first project and would love some assistance I have a S7 226 CPU at present

I want to use it to measure the level of 4 level probes over Modbus on port 1

also I want to send this information to a HMI over MPI/ PPI on the other port 0 located over 50m away through 485 repeater

I have step 7 microwin with Mobus libraries

1) is this possible ?????????????
2) would anyone recommend an easier solution using s7 200
3)can I get some programing tips being my first project

I'm thinking of going s7 300 to measure the 4 meters via profibus is the possible to go directly from plc to meters profibus chain
