S7-400H synchronization module not recognized

I have s7-400H redundant system two cpu S7-417H with two synchronization modules in each CPU.
we have redundancy fault in module 1 so we remove one module to change it by another one.
the problem now both CPUs and all sync modules have faults.
the massage for the sync module is:
unknown
preset/Actual mismatch
(inserted and configured module types are not the same)
-Expected type interface module (6ES7 960-1AA00-0XA0)
-Current type not available
