The problem is that on the input there is 24 v and the led is on , but in the program input is '0'.
The same when change the input module.
This happened some time. Some time is ok some no.
Any suggestion ???

The problem is solved ,
just removed all input/output modules and the rack , cleaned and assembled again .
BTW the problem in this rack was making problem in the another.
