Does anyone have Siemens SAPRO programming software, or SCOPE Light commissioning tool, or know where to download them?

Siemens Sapro and Scope software are belonging to Building Automation not to industrial Automation (Simatic S7). Actually, I have these software but I think you will need dongle license to open SAPRO. I didn't find any software to open it without license.
