[?]: How to Reset CPU Download Password

Dear expart,
we have one program, CPU312c-2Dp when we try to download it showing a message:
Set Up Access Rights:
"The module/Memory Card CPU312c-2dp is password protected.

Password:..... "

Thats why we can't download the program after edit something.
Please help me ,How to reset Password?

You should
1. backup a current application
2. test a new edited application
3. do the resetting
4. download to CPU
5. backup application to Micro Memory card.
