(?)Export the *cid file from *scd file SIEMENS software

Dear all
Someone give me advise about how to export the *cid file from *scd file that create by DIGSI software?
Because DISGI software does not support to export *.cid file, only can export the *.icd file also *.scd file. But the interlock software only can import *.cid file so I need to export device to *.cid file.
Do you know which is the best third party software can open the *scd and export *cid file that their *cid file with small error?
