Dear All,
Have anyone any information, picture about EXTERNAL POWER SUPPLY OF THE PC ADAPTER USB (6ES7972-0CA00-0XA0)?
How it is used?
Can we use other Power supply instead of it?
If we can, how?

Probably it is ordinary power supply module with cable. I can't imagine something more fancying. You don't need external power for USB PC Adapter if you work with MPI interface.

Yes, but you have to make a special cable. Check chapter 4.4 for pinouts PC Adapter USB. I made my own one. Basically it is built with two DB9 connectors and there are added two wires for connecting to power supply (I use PS modul). It works excellent with Micromaster Profibus module.
