Hello,
I've got error message
failed to start service, error:1056, an instance of the service is already running
when I installed the automation license manager V5.0 sp1.

Try to run these commands, then restart installation of ALM:
Code: Select all
net stop almservice
taskkill /im almsrvx.exe

In command line.
Win+R, cmd, then enter these commands one by one.
