Dear Friends,

Is it possible to use MP 277 as routing device between Ethernet & Profibus.

My application is that, MP 277 is connected to the main S7 CPU through Ethernet ( more than 500 meters) and I have one IM 151-1 (Profibus DP interface) near to the MP 277.

Is it possible to connect the Profibus of IM 151-1 to the PLC port of the MP 277 so that it can communicate to main S7 CPU via MP 277.

Means routing function in MP 277 to convert ethernet communication to Profibus and vice-verse

You need to install software PLC WinAC MP 2007 or WinAC MP 2008.
